So if you dont already know what Zeitgeist is...i seriously recomend it! just google video it and there are several links to the whole film online as well as the second film Zeitgiest:Addendum.
...But yes this has really blown my mind. I already had the view that Religion is just another way for those in power to control the masses but the facts given within these films is amazing!
I also watched Richard Dawkins The Root of all Evil "Te God Delusion" and "The Virus of Faith". (which are both available to watch on 4od) Everything this man says is so true! I really admire him for actully confronting so called "Holy Leaders" about the basic fact that organised religion is a ridiculas farcity...it gives me a little hope for the state of the world when i see that other people also realise and actively try to get across the message that organised religeon really is just another form of control which uses fear to make its "Flock" do what, in Christianity's case...The Church wants them to do.
I have clearly had a productive few days :)
